Hidden within Kyoto's historic streets, ENOVA is a private sake lounge where guests can discover the depth and culture of Japanese sake — known in Japan as nihonshu.
Guests are invited to experience Kyoto at their own pace — whether exploring new cultural insights, enjoying good conversation, or simply unwinding in the atmosphere of Gion.

Inspired by the Japanese word ‘En’ (縁) — a concept representing connection, relationships, and meaningful encounters.

Alexander Seiji
Originally from London and now based in Kyoto, Alexander Seiji created ENOVA from a desire to bridge the cultures that have shaped his life. Drawing on both his British and Japanese heritage, he has created a space that feels welcoming, familiar, and distinctly Kyoto.

Sake by the glass from ¥2,500.
Selected bottles and rare cellar selections are also available.
